No. Your captures, recordings and documents are never used to train any AI model, ours or a provider's. We run on enterprise API plans where training on customer data is contractually off by default, so this is not something you have to opt out of.

TLS on every request, and AES-256 at rest for both the database and your stored recordings. Nothing leaves your browser in the clear.

Not another organisation's. Every read and write goes through our servers, so the browser never holds a database key. There is no client-side credential to steal that would widen access beyond the account already signed in.

One document written for you by the Doc Engineer, from the moment you accept its plan through to the finished page. Editing it afterwards, regenerating a section, or asking follow-up questions in the same document are all free. You are only charged when a new document gets created.

Finished video you render out of Studio, measured on the length of the file you end up with. Previewing, scrubbing the timeline and re-editing cost nothing, and re-exporting the same cut after a fix is free for 24 hours. Video export is still in private beta, so the allowances above describe what your seat gets the day it ships. You are not billed for export before then.

Captures, flows, step descriptions, GIFs, screenshots, embeds, and anything a viewer reads or watches. All of that is unlimited on both paid plans. Only written documents and exported video carry a meter.

$2 per document and $1 per export minute once you are past your allowance, added to the same invoice. Allowances reset on your billing date and do not roll over. You can set a hard cap per seat, and we will stop rather than bill past it.

Writing a document runs an AI model over your captures for several minutes, and rendering video costs more the longer the video is. Neither of those flattens out with scale. Metering them is what keeps the seat price sensible, instead of charging every team as though they were the heaviest possible user.

Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Changes take effect on your next billing date, and unused allowance does not carry over.
